Creative Director/Project Lead for UTD's Texas Biomedical Device Center. Responsible for developing the Center's brand.
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Connect and coordinate with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives
- Create valuable and engaging written content regularly to grow the company’s footprint
- Build and manage the center’s website while proactively presenting new ideas to improve website experience for prospects, leads, and customers
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Create flow diagrams, user experience and user interface guidance for app development
- Produce technical illustrations and photography for use in publications, presentations and the web
- Participate in clinical trial activities including responding to patient inquiries, developing training materials and user documentation and recording clinical trial activities
- Produce professional quality instructional and marketing videos including script writing, interviewing, video production, video editing and video graphics
- Manage a large portfolio of marketing and technical communication materials
Accomplishments
- Rebranded the Center: new logo, redesigned website and newly developed marketing materials. Saw 95% increase in page views during the first 3 months.
- Developed a social media presence, increasing traffic to the website by 120% in the first 3 months.
- Established successful partnership with the Perot Museum, participating in lectures, Engineer's Week and Social Science.
- Featured in D Magazine's Best Doctors in Dallas, 2016, CBS 11 News, Wall Street Journal, WebMD and more.

Creative lead on design and development of complex, responsive websites, including the universities highest traffic pages. Creative lead on design and development of responsive mass email. Web redesign project management.

- Refreshed mobile-friendly home page, taking it into the top 10 most visited pages on the UT Dallas website
- Visits increased 105% after redesign of UT Dallas Glimpse of Graduation website
- Readership increased to 65,000 after redesigning the UT Dallas News Center website and daily HTML email with 60,000+ readership
